  They charged me $15.25 for the first several months after moving into a new home with a brand new meter. I didnt think anything of it. I then got a bill for $134 for one month. They did drop it to $80 but that is ridiculous for a water bill in a home of 3 people with no pool or anything. They had not been reading the meter before then or it was reading wrong either way we were not at fault yet we had to pay. Now the bill is around $40 monthly. My bill was less than that at Woodruff-Roebuck water for two months! Same size home same amount of people in the home. You also get charged to pay bills over the phone. They really need a website or app to view and pay your bill on without being charged. The people in the office are very nice and polite.
